Hailey Frey is a Louisiana based creative entrepreneur and the founder of The Mandeville Fashion Show, The Mandeville Girls Society, and The X Model and Talent Management, LLC. With a background in photography, modeling, film, casting, and creative production, I have built a powerful platform focused on connecting and supporting local creatives throughout the Gulf South.

Originally from New Orleans and now based on the Northshore, I turned my passion for the entertainment and fashion industry into a thriving creative community that has brought together thousands of models, designers, photographers, boutiques, musicians, artists, content creators, and small businesses. My productions are known for combining fashion, networking, live entertainment, and community collaboration into large-scale creative experiences.

Following the 2023 film industry strike, I expanded her vision by creating new opportunities for local talent through fashion shows, workshops, networking events, model camps, casting opportunities, and creative development programs. My mission has always been to create an inclusive and inspiring environment where creatives of all backgrounds and experience levels feel welcomed, supported, and empowered to grow.

As a producer and creative director, I oversee every aspect of her productions — from casting and photography to marketing, branding, event planning, and creative direction. My hands-on leadership style and dedication to community-building have made her a recognizable name within Louisiana’s creative industry.

I continue to expand my brands and creative projects while advocating for more opportunities, visibility, and collaboration for local talent. My work has been featured by Biz New Orleans for building one of the region’s fastest-growing creative networks.
